Primary legal material is Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection and Law Number 11 Year 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and literature. The sampling technique used is Judgment sampling [2] Data Analysis Technique used qualitative descriptive analysis. Research finding that there is a prohibition for advertising business actors to produce ads that violate ethics (Article 17 letter f of Law Number 8 Year 1999 on Consumer Protection).
