The general requirements of any topology of DC-DC choppers are output voltage regulation, ripple voltage, size, efficiency, and cost. This paper presents a review LFCs based on S-T method for various High energy applications. The advantage of the designed system is that it can be executed with small elements in comparison with the S-T method. In developed converter the primary circuit breakers are closed with Zero electric Current Switching, and the semiconductor diodes are open with Zero electric Voltage-Switching.
