Abstract
A detailed structural and optical characterization of single GeSn nanowire, Si/GeSn and Ge/GeSn core/shell nanowire is presented. Polarization-dependant reflectance as well respon-sivity measurement were used to investigate the optoelectronic response of these nanostructures. Theoretical investigations will complement the experimental work.
