Abstract

Smart Power Integrated Circuits are commonly used where different operating voltages are required since it can enable miniaturization of the system electronics. For the combination of an electroluminescent device with a capacitive touch sensor, a μm SOI integrated circuit is implemented with a high-voltage inverter and a low-voltage spread spectrum clock generator. The transient signals with up to ± 300 Vp and 5 kHz show interferences on the digital sensor excitation signal.
