It's urgent to establish a scientific and complete evaluation system for inland ecological port and waterway system. Based on the ambiguity and uncertainty of evaluation about the ecological port and waterway system construction, the evaluation index system is established based on LCIA and AHP models, and AHP model is utilized to determine the weight of each indicator. This model adopts the combination of qualitative and quantitative analytic hierarchy processes to meet the multi-level, multi-objective characteristics of the evaluation index system. The evaluation about the ecological port and waterway system construction is determined according to the conformity between the evaluated objective and the stage of development. On this basis, the evaluation scoring and grading standards are proposed. Credible results are obtained from the case application. Abstract
