A direct extraction procedure is realized based on the two-port Y-parameters. The computer realization of the developed extraction procedure is performed using parameterization of the model. Based on postprocessing in the graphical analyzer Probe utilizing corresponding macrodefinitions, the two-port Y-parameters are calculated. Abstract
