Results show that the elements of organizational commitment are significantly and positively related to the five dimensions OCB (p value < 0.01). However only the Affective Commitment and in some cases Normative Commitment affects the five dimensions of OCB (p value < 0.01). Abstract

: The aim of this particular research is to investigate and understand the association between Organizational Commitment (OC) and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB).
