Abstract

Abstract: In order for automotive parts enterprises to stand out in a competitive market and capture a greater market share, they must both improve quality and reduce production cost. Lean Six Sigma management applies the speed of Lean and the quality of Six Sigma to solve these enterprises’ problem. By analyzing the Lean Six Sigma management model,this paper improves the specific process of Lean Six Sigma.
