Tinjauan Hukum Ekonomi Syariah Terhadap Pelaksanaan Bayar Meja dalam Permainan Koa

Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that occurs in the Minangkabau community. Surau and Lapa are two things that are very closely related to the Minangkabau community. Until now, the surau is still the mouthpiece of communication, the information conveyed through the surau is sad news about the people who died, holding recitations, and planting simultaneously. While lapau is a place for social interaction where the community gathers together until the evening. Lapau is a favorite place for men in Minangkabau after the surau. Lapau is a social interaction space that has aspects of informal learning, places to sit or hang out, joke, debate and solidarity. Lapau later became a place of entertainment and play, including Bakoa. To discuss this problem, the author uses the Research Library Research library research is research that is carried out not where the object of research is located but is carried out indoors by collecting data sources through documentation. Data collection in this research is carried out by collecting all relevant documents through electronic media, regional regulations and laws and regulations, as well as relevant literature regarding the Implementation of Table Payments in Koa games based on sharia economic law money. The data were processed and analyzed using content analysis (content analysis) in a qualitative descriptive manner. The result of this study is that each tenant and renter mutually reminding of the rules and conditions that have been mutually agreed upon at the beginning of the agreement, after that it leads to positive intentions, Rent to pay a table in the Koa game is allowed because it includes the Rukun and Ijarah Terms unless there are things that make it happen
