Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the distinctive features of assessing the financial and economic efficiency of the implementation of oil and gas projects on the Arctic shelf. The main geographical and climatic prerequisites for the peculiarities of the formation of capital costs for projects in the region are considered. The main factors and risks that must be taken into account when evaluating projects in the Arctic are systematized.
