Abstract
The requirements of the internal environment of the enterprise and the raising of standards of the European Union to the production of railway products has revealed areas of concern of the technological process of production of railway wheels of passenger trains. Based on the analysis of the links between the technology of manufacturing railway wheels and the quality of their functioning, the module of the automated quality control system of production is designed taking into account the elimination of possible risks.
