The new challenge for management: managing intellectual capital

Abstract

Based on identifying the concept, connotation and relationship between elements of intellectual capital, this article explores the ways of obtaining, building, and enhancing intellectual capital. Finally, a generic framework of measuring intellectual capital is provided.
