Analisis Penentuan Kelayakan Penerimaan Bantuan Sosial Covid-19 Menggunakan Metode Algoritma C4.5

Abstract

Abstrak  - Awal tahun 2020 dunia dihebohkan dengan sebuah peristiwa luar biasa. Seiring dengan penyebaran virus misterius yang  kemudian dikenal dengan nama coronavirus atau dalam istilah ilmiah medisnya disebut virus corona disease 2019. Penyebaran virus ini sangat cepat dan meluas ke sejumlah negara termasuk Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Guna mencegah krisis ekonomi maka pemerintah memberikan stimulus kepada masyarakat yang terdampak berupa bantuan sosial uang tunai maupun non tunai. Pemerintah sudah mempersiapkan akan memberikan bantuan khususnya bagi masyarakat yang terpapar covid-19 guna meminimalisir pengeluaran masyarakat dimasa pandemi. Proses seleksi penerima bantuan sosial covid-19 di Kantor Kelurahan Pekayon Jaya memiliki kendala dalam mengidentifikasi calon penerima. Berkas-berkas warga akan diperiksa dan mereka berhak menerima bantuan ini akan diseleksi sesuai kriteria yang ditentukan di bagian sosial. Variabel yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian antara lain kondisi rumah, jumlah tanggungan, aset, jenis lantai bangunan, dan penghasilan. Penelitian menggunakan metode algoritma C4.5 dan pengujian metode untuk menentukan nilai akurasi menggunakan software Rapidminer. Dengan adanya penelitian analisis penentuan ini diharapkan bantuan social covid-19 didaerah Pekayon Jaya, Bekasi bisa tepat sasaran kepada masyarakat yang layak mendapatkannya.Kata Kunci: Analisis Kelayakan, Bantuan Sosial Covid-19, Algoritma C4.5 Abstract  - At the beginning of 2020 the world was shocked by an extraordinary event. Along with the spread of the mysterious virus which became known as the coronavirus or in medical scientific terms it is called the 2019 corona virus disease. The spread of this virus is very fast and has spread to a number of countries including the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. In order to prevent an economic crisis, the government provides a stimulus to the affected community in the form of cash and non-cash social assistance. The government has prepared to provide assistance, especially for people exposed to COVID-19 in order to minimize public spending during the pandemic. The selection process for recipients of COVID-19 social assistance at the Pekayon Jaya Village Office had problems in identifying potential recipients. Citizens' files will be checked and those entitled to receive this assistance will be selected according to the criteria specified in the social section. Variables that suit the research needs include the condition of the house, number of dependents, assets, type of building floor, and income. The research uses the C4.5 algorithm and method testing to determine the accuracy value using Rapidminer software. With this determination analysis research, it is hoped that the Covid-19 social assistance in the Pekayon Jaya area can be right for the people who deserve it.Keywords: Feasibility Analysis, Covid-19 Social Assistance, C4.5 Algorithm
