Novel Warning Complaints Model in LTE Networks

Abstract

With the rapid development of wireless communications, LTE networks have been fully constructed and are able to support various types of communication services. Based on the user complaint data and network key performance indicators (KPIs) data of a City, the paper established a warning complaint model on LTE networks with the consideration of the KPIs and user complaints. The proposed model can be early warning complaints at district level, which can help operators confirm the reasons for the complaint quickly and improve the network performance before user complaints, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of operators and user satisfaction as well.
