NOTIFICACIÓN POR CORREO ELECTRÓNICO EN EL PERÚ

Abstract

Este trabajo busca realizar un análisis de la notificación por medios electrónicos en el Poder Judicial y cómo se encuentra regulada en el Perú, así también, cuáles serían los beneficios de su implementación en sistema administrativo del Poder Judicial y de qué manera se superarían las dificultades en la administración de justicia en el ámbito procesal. Abstract This paper seeks to make an analysis of the notification by electronic media in the Judiciary and how it is regulated in Peru, Also, what would be the benefits of its implementation in the administrative system of the Judiciary and how the difficulties in the administration of justice in the procedural field would be overcome.
