Information domain time use: This is the topic of this expert opinion for thecommisssion to improve the informational infrastructure between sciences andstatistics, which is supported by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research(BMBF). Following a given structure the content encompasses: supplier ofinformation, data situation, employer of data production, financing, law foundation,data protection rules, information dissemination, availability of individual records aswell as recommendations.
