Ультраструктура тегумента метацестоды Branchiopodataenia pacifica (Spassky & Jurpalova, 1968) Bondarenko & Kontrimavichus, 2004 после эксцистирования

Abstract

The first data on the tegument ultrastructure of the Branchiopodataenia pacifica metacestodes after the destruction of the outer non-cellular envelope (exocyst) are presented. The tegument of the larval and definitive parts secretes different morphological types of material: vesicles are characteristic of the cyst, irregularly shaped dense granules are released at the base of the tail appendage, and secretory drops with granular material and vesicles are characteristic of the scolex.
