METHODOLOGY FOR COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT OF QUALITY OF TRANSPORT SERVICES

Abstract

The article presents a methodology on the basis of which it is proposed to evaluate transport services comprehensively. Its uniqueness is that it includes not only formu-las already known to everyone, but also tools that allow you to develop recommenda-tions for improving the quality of the service in accordance with the problems identified during the diagnosis process.
