Abstract

Workflow Automation is an inventive technique used to design, execute and automate the business process with the help of software tools. The automation has enhanced the proficiency and capability of a business process that are predominantly done by humans. With workflow automation, a business process would be efficient with reduced human errors and improves the overall efficiency. In this manuscript, the process to automate the customer service request desk in hotel industry is taken into consideration. Furthermore, automating the process for customer service request desk has been done that would help to maintain better customer relationship in hotels for travel and tourism sector.
