QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE METHODS IN THE INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF THE MUNICIPAL EDUCATION

Abstract

One of the main activities of municipal authorities is the formation of an investment management system on the territory of the municipality, which is considered as a subsystem of the general regional management system. These conditions are presented in municipalities as a process of investment activity, using qualitative and quantitative methods. The main goal in the implementation of investment activities in the municipality is to promote the implementation of the municipality general development strategy to ensure the effectiveness of management decisions, by the method of influencing a set of organizational, legal, managerial decisions, measures and concerted actions of government bodies, a number of other interested organizations aimed at achieving the main the goal: creating an attractive investment climate, the formation of investment policy, increasing the level of socio-economic development, creating jobs and raising the social standards of the population.
