Abstract
To analyze model of Web Services composition, firstly analyze and abstract dataflow and control construct in OWL-S process to build High Level Petri Net model, then describe Petri Net in Poses++ language, at last simulate Petri Net with Poses++ to check data type and deadlock and calculate service performance.
