The aim of the present paper was to examine well-being among Rajyoga meditators and non-meditators. The data was collected from 60 (30 Raj Yoga meditators & 30 Non-meditators) from Jammu region in the age group of 30-60yrs. PGI General Well-being Scale (Verma & Verma, 1989) was used for data collection. The results showed significant difference between the well-being of Rajyoga meditators and non-meditators. The wellbeing of Rajyoga meditators is better than that of non-meditators.
