Abstract
Plug-in hybrid electric vehicles charging management as well as billing solutions may be the most important challenges in the coming years. In this paper, a comprehensive management strategy (CMS) for plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEV) using national smart metering program in Iran (called FAHAM) is proposed.
