The research was designed as a descriptive type and the necessary data were collected by survey method. Target population of the study were women entrepreneurs working in Adana, Mersin, Osmaniye. A questionnaire was applied to 535 female entrepreneurs and the results of the survey were analyzed. As a result of the study, it has been determined that the common vision creation behavior has a positive effect on the firm performance. Furthermore, it was found that emotional intelligence tended to moderate the relationship between common vision creation behavior and the firm performance.
