Results are derived from performing a simulation modeling of the mean intensity and a spatial correlation function of the wave field, the dispersion of angles of arrival, and spatial correlation functions of the amplitude and phase of the wave that has propagated through a layer with random inhomogeneities of dielectric permittivity. Abstract
