The upward flow mesh filter is the solution; it can be made in different mesh sizes. The existing one is 100 micron mesh filter and its filtration efficiency is found to be 84.6%. For improving the efficiency of the system, 60, 40 and 25 micron mesh filter has been designed and has been compared with the 100 micron mesh filter. It is found that by using 60, 40 and 25 micron mesh filter, efficiency is increased to 86.2%, 87.53% and 88.4%.
