The proposed antenna is etched on substrate whose relative permittivity 4.4 with overall dimensions of 25mm × 25mm × 1.6mm. It has wide bandwidth ranging from 2.7-12GHz defined by -10dB return loss except at notch band frequencies at 3.1-3.9 GHz (WiMAX), IEEE 802.11a bands (5.15-5.35 GHz, 5.725-5.825 GHz), 5-6 GHz (WLAN) and 7.5-8.4 GHz ITU(8 GHz), 9-10.5 GHz.
