THE EFFECTS OF AN EXPERIMENTAL VOCATIONAL INTERVENTION MODEL UPON HARD-CORE UNEMPLOYED EX-OFFENDERS

Abstract

This study compares the effects of an experimental vocational program upon a group of hard-core unemployed ex-offenders to the effects of a standard comprehensive manpower program upon an ex-offender population. Specifically, the differences between the two groups respective placement wager, length of job search, and types of programmatic terminations are compared.
