The conducted research reveals the attitudes of preschool and primary school head teachers and teachers regarding the conception of quality and tendencies of human resources quality management in the aforesaid institutions. Abstract
The article analyzes a topical contemporary problem: human resources quality management in preschools and primary schools. The said schools focus on (self-)development of a personality, and the formation of an autonomous and creative personality preparing for a higher stage of education; therefore, they should create environment appropriate for the physical, emotional and intellectual development and general socialization of children, as well as meet parents’ expectations affecting attainment of purposeful quality.
