Abstract

Competitive Intelligence is a tool that provides support to the decision-making process, as well as the development of strategies, which aim to increase competitive power in organizations. Maturity level is the degree to which organizations use the best practices in their processes, through a maturity model that describes the entire development of the entity. Therefore, this research aims to identify at what level of maturity are the agricultural companies of Rondonópolis-MT that have control. Thus, the main points of prominence in the literature about this tool were raised and a questionnaire was applied, trying to observe in which level of maturity the company is, as well as what it already has in relation to the context and the processes for the Competitive Intelligence.
