Like the balancing scheme, the fine-grained balancing scheme is capable of balancing the distribution of descriptions and peer loading by a centralized description allocation scheme. In addition, according to our analysis, its flexibility of selecting desired descriptions and source peers favors the utilization of the aggregate bandwidth of P2P network.
