The sample of the study, designed in accordance with the qualitative research method, consisted of seventeen women over the age of eighty living in Tekirdağ. In collecting data; \"Semi-structured interview form\" prepared by using \"personal information form\" and literature was used. The data were collected by in-depth interview method. According to the results obtained in the study, there is determined that the majority of individuals over the age of eighty consume three main and two snacks a day, eat fruit every day, consume dairy products, and use homemade products. Abstract
