Untuk uji stabilitas busa sediaan sabun belum memenuhi standar evaluasi. \n  \n Abstract \nCinnamon bark is known to contain the antibacterial compounds sinamaldehide and eugenol and has antioxidant activity. This study aims to determine whether cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmanni) bark powder can be formulated and meets the evaluation of facial soap with a concentration of 1%, 2% and 3%. The formulation for making solid soap uses the cold process method. The results of the study proved that cinnamon bark powder can be formulated as a facial soap preparation that meets the evaluation standards of the oeganoleptic test, moisture content test, pH test and irritation test. Abstract

Abstrak Kulit batang kayu manis diketahui mengandung senyawa antibakteri sinamaldehide dan eugenol serta memilki aktivitas antioksidan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah serbuk kulit batang kayu manis (Cinnamomum burmanni) bisa diformulasikan dan memenuhi evaluasi dari sabun wajah dengan kosentrasi 1%, 2% dan 3%. Formulasi pembuatan sabun padat menggunakan metode cold process. Hasil penelitian membuktikanbahwa serbuk kulit batang kayu manis dapat diformulasikan sebagai sediaan sabun wajah yang memenuhi standar evaluasi uji oeganoleptis, uji kadar air, uji pH dan uji iritasi.
