Research on conformal array antenna beam optimization method

Abstract

The manifold mathematical modeling of conformal array antenna is the basis and prerequisite for conformal array antenna signal processing. In this paper, through analysis of array antenna, adopted least squares method combined with pattern zero algorithm for conformal array antenna weighting and designed a 6 array elements series feed antenna array. Through simulation, the antenna gain directional diagram satisfied the requirements of practical engineering and reached in advance of requirements.
