Analysis of the control and supervisory system in the field of regulation of land and property relations and land management

Abstract

At the present stage of development of land and property relations in the Russian Federation, one of the most acute problems in the system of their regulation is the need to improve the work of control and supervisory authorities to increase the efficiency of land management. The mechanism of land management used by local selfgovernment bodies is the control over the use of land in accordance with their intended purpose. The article presents statistics of the main offenses of land legislation, as well as an analysis of changes in the procedure for conducting inspections of control and supervisory authorities in the field of regulation of land and property relations and land management.
