A Study on Case Analysis and Strategy Restoring Local Economy by Local Civil Society Governance Lead

Abstract

This study examined population change data during previous 20 years and future 25 years of 2020 and local extinction risk degree. In conclusion the population gap between capital and non-capital area is getting bigger. The capital area arise concentration of population. On the other hand, non-capital area is on going decrease & extinction of population. So, first of all, this study reviewed theoretical background about leading role of local civil society governance. Second, it analyzed domestic & foreign local successful cases of collaborative type between private & public by local & industrial characteristic. Third it suggested 7 strategy model for restoring local economy in the two Green & Win-Win City dimension by local type.
