On the laser communication platform, vibration effect influences on the overall accuracy and stability largely. In our platform a new vibration simulation system based on ARM is brought. In this system, the random numbers which are generated by ARM are output as a PWM (pulse width modulation) mode to drive the swinging mirror, and it causes beam jitter. The beam jitter simulates the vibration of the laser communication platform. In this platform, the spot miss distance is detected and calculated by the CCD unit. The spot miss distance is compared with the Gaussian white noise generated by ARM in real time. The result verifies that there are good consistencies between the noise and the spot miss distance.
