Current study aimed at examining the facilitating role of distributive justice in the relationship between inspirational motivation and workforces’ performance. The data was collected from workforces hailing from higher institutions and analyzed through diverse statistical procedures to find answers to hypotheses developed from theoretical framework. Abstract

The leadership is all about the inspiration and reinforcement of followers to show utmost performances in achieving desired goals. Inspirational motivation is considered a vital tool in improving efficiency and performance at workplaces.
