With utilizing the advantages of quality of service (QoS) in evaluating the networking performance, we exploit QoS/QoE correlation to predict QoE by building a QoSto-QoE mapping relationship. To fully consider the inter-dependency among QoS parameters towards forming the QoE, a Choquet integral based fuzzy measurement method is used to map QoS to QoE. Abstract
Today, how to accurately predict the quality of experience (QoE) of the networking service is a very important issue for the network operator to optimize the service.
