The research hypotheses are verified by a structural equation modeling (SEM) based on servey data from 369 respondents who are flight attendants working in aviation companies in Ho Chi Minh City. Findings revealed that all factors such as social status, reciprocity and social capital have positively impacted on tacit knowledge sharing. In addition, tacit knowledge sharing and social capital are found to enhance individual work performance.
