Abstract

The paper considers the possibility of using several algorithms to optimize practical problems. Several analytical data were obtained, based on which it is possible to compare the algorithms’ analysis regarding their optimization efficiency. We investigated the optimal algorithm for the technological design of micro and electromechanical systems (MEMS), using efficiency analysis and practical implementation of individual generative design methods We examined the possibilities of solving optimization problems in the design of complex systems, using the modification of these methods.
