The Perspective of Todayí¢€â„¢s Young People in Regards to Feminism's Evolution

Abstract

ABSTRACT: this paperí¢€â„¢s aim is to analyze a reality that affects the majority of the female population and in certain aspects also affects men. This implies considering characteristics that are completely currently applicable, such as the struggle for gender equality recognized as a movement by feminism. Using the introduction of a transversal perspective and the description of its conceptual development, the feminist movement will be studied from its origins. Finally, we will try to determine aspects related to the degree and form with which this movement has positively and negatively impacted contemporary society, and how this scenario has an influence on education.
