Abstract

This paper is concerned with an algorithm for generating the inhomogeneous random rough surface (RRS) of which statistical properties vary from place to place. The essence of the theory is based on the application of convolution method to generation of inhomogeneous RRS whose amplitude spectral density function together with its weighting function is given analytically.
