In this context, the aim of the research is to examine the effect of working from home on work stress during the Covid-19 pandemic. For this purpose, data on the subject were collected by applying a questionnaire to a total of 169 people. In the study, the SPSS 25.0 program was used in the analysis of the data. After the reliability and validity analyses of the scales, hypotheses were tested with correlation and regression analysis. As a result of the analyses, it was concluded that working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic process in the negative direction affects work stress. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has upended almost all aspects of human life worldwide.
