The Research on Secure Communication Scheme Based on Double Ratchet Algorithm with Forward Secrecy for IoT Perception Layer Device

Abstract

The security threat is analyzed for the IoT perception layer device, the anatomy of the thread shows the forward secrecy is necessary for IoT perception layer devices communication. A secure communication scheme enhanced by double ratchet algorithm is proposed and analyzed in this paper, the result shows that the scheme can improve the secure level of the communication between the IoT perception layer device and the IoT host device.
