Abstract

The article deals with issues related to management functions, defines this most important category of science and practice of management, provides a classification of functions, determines their features and role in the management system. The changes taking place in society, the economy, in the organization, which determine the tasks of management in modern conditions. It is shown how changes in management functions manifest themselves and why it is important to study these changes.
