Abstract

A new multicircle method of radio image restoration of radio sources, based on measured by radiointerferometric methods visibility function, is proposing. The algorithm of determination the number of the circles, their angular diameter and flux density, based on Fourier-Bessel series, is shown. The radio image of Cas A was restored on data, obtained from the measurements of this source. These measurements were performed on short-base (up to 2000 D//spl lambda/) interferometer URAN-3. As has been found, the model of the large-scale structure, deducted from the measurements on the meter waveband, is inconsistent with the results, obtained on decameter wavelengths.
