Burnout

Abstract

: This article aims to analyze the relationship between the home office, overwork and hyperconnectivity with Burnout Syndrome, as well as possible reflections on the dignity of the human person. It intends to determine if the practice of the home-office promotes, or not, the development of occupational diseases such as Burnout Syndrome. The approach methodology used was deductive, through bibliographic research and scientific articles. At the end of the study, it is concluded that the home-office model used in Brazil contributes to the development of occupational diseases, especially Burnout Syndrome.
