The results showed that the work dissatisfaction of contract employees was caused by several things, namely salaries that were not in accordance with the workload, inadequate work facilities, and unfair supervisor policies towards contract employees. The impact of dissatisfaction is the low work motivation of employees so that it can reduce the quality of work of employees. In addition, an effort that can be done is to discipline employees. Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the causes of contract employees job dissatisfaction in Kantor Camat Gerokgak Kabupaten Buleleng, the impact of contract employees job dissatisfaction in Kantor Camat Gerokgak Kabupaten Buleleng, the efforts to address contract employees job dissatisfaction in Kantor Camat Gerokgak Kabupaten Buleleng.
