Potential Areas of the V 4 to Improve Its Position in the European Innovation Ecosystem

Abstract

The contribution is dedicated to the identification of areas within the indicators of the European Innovation Scoreboard at the level of the V 4 countries with the aim of pointing out the potential for increasing the innovation level. The V 4 countries have long been unremarkable in terms of significant progress in the innovation ecosystem. The strengths and weaknesses of each country will be summarized and the output will be a proposal of areas that need to be focused on in order for the given country to produce higher innovation performance.
